…And it’s not just diet soda! This really goes for any type of soda. Just not a good thing to drink. Plus, why bother drinking up your calories when it’s so much better to simply eat and savor them? :)

I truly believe that attitude is everything. If you don’t know the story about Oscar Pistorius, the South African sprinter, look it up right now. He is really inspiring and I hope that he can continue to compete on the international level like he does now.
